Mason, I'm sorry to inform you that it is not possible to request this type of information from Microsoft, because no one in Customer Service can provide this type of data and it is not possible to recover an account with the gamertag alone. You must attempt recovery using the only method available to Microsoft

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/. Once there, they must click on the circle in the upper right corner of the screen. Then click login.

If as a user you do not have any of the recovery options connected to your account, you should click on the selection that says "I do not have any of these". When you click on that link, they will be sent to a Microsoft form. You must complete it, including all pertinent information, and Microsoft will contact you and try to help them recover to regain access to your account.

If the user has forgotten their login information, they should go to login. Choose your login options. This will ask you to enter an alternate email address associated with the account or a phone number.

If the user does not have another linked account to help provide account access, it is recommended to create another account. Once they create the account, they must use the new account to log in and select "forgotten password". By choosing the option "I forgot my password", you will be sent the link to the form mentioned above. completed the form Microsoft will contact you.

passport.microsoft.com is not working it says not even a web sight. so this is what i do i go to my account and click Privacy and Online Settings, then it says Parental Approval Required so i log in has my alt email/the parental email. one problem is my
parent email might have 2 Xbox accounts set on it because when i log in it does not have the same gamer tag as my Xbox parent Xbox account but i get emails form Microsoft addressed to my parent gamer tag (i have not change the gamer tag since i am the parent
account so it is still the random words but i know what it is when i see it) and thank you for try to help and hope fully we can get this fixed

Are you trying to recover access to your account? The best way is to use the recovery form if you don't have 2FA turned on https://account.live.com/acsr however, it will ask for a lot of information as Xbox have to be sure they are granting access to the account owner.
