    Is Mojang using AI?


    I created a bug report in Mojang's bug reporting service for Minecraft and they closed my report telling me to resubmit my report in English.

    The problem is, I wrote it in English. It is the only language I know how to read and write.

    Clearly, they are using an AI program that cannot read.

    Why is Mojang/Microsoft resorting to using unhelpful AI instead of real people?

    I think I'm just used to the intelligent AI that GT5 employs. It's difficult going from AI that knows how to race to AI that barely knows how to drive.
