I can't do ANYTHING with my xbox 360 after formatting storage. Please help?

how did you format the storage? which specific devices did you wipe?

formatting always deletes everything on the drive on any device

Heh alright it's been known that if you connect the drive to anything running FAT32 a p.c or a 360 and format it there then it may work on the xbox one and i feel as that the 360 will work better since you do get the option to manually re-format it in the
settings

How to format the 360 external hard drive / internal

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

Select Storage or Memory.

Select the storage device that you want to format, and then press Y on your controller.

Select Format. You will see the following message:

This will delete all content on this device. Do you wish to continue?

Select Yes to format the storage device.

Great! I was so happy to know that I can use my Seagate 2tb.... now I can't! Does anyone know anything about formatting partitions into your hard drive? I use my hard drive for other storage so I partitioned one into NTFS for my personal use and one in FAT32
for the xboxv 360, but the xbox doesn't tell me the difference in the partition it will format. Any ideas?
