My file explorer isn't working?

    My file explorer isn't working?


    I just purchased the my files explorer app and have downloaded it. However, when I am trying to launch the app, it gives me the error code (0x803f81f5). This is strange though because this is the only app that this is happening for. All other games and apps run completely normally. On top of this, I went to my microsoft account management as the error code said to do and I only have roughly 5 devices for my account (I read that the limit is 10 devices). I've never had this before and would really appreciate any help solving this issue.
