    Help me please


    Im trying to communicate with my friend in an xbox party, I can’t hear him or talk to him, I can hear myself with mic smonitoring and also in game chat when we are playing and we can talk there. In the party it shows that my profile is greyed out as if I was disconnected but im not. I’ve tried powering off the console, restarting the console, changing my audio and privacy settings, signing out of the account and signing back in, leaving and re-joining the party, and unplugging both my controller and headset and plugging them back in. Im gonna try to unplug the power for 30 seconds and turning it back on to see if ol’ reliable will work. I will update if it does or not. UPDATE: it didn’t work and still has it greyed out, I will link a photo
