It seems that you are trying to recover the deleted Microsoft account which was associated to your Minecraft credentials. Let us help you provide the information of what will happen when you deleted the Microsoft account.

Closing or deleting a Microsoft account means you won’t be able to use it to sign in to the Microsoft products and services you’ve been using. You’ll lose access to all Microsoft services associated with that account. It also deletes all the services associated with it, including your:

• Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, and MSN email accounts
  
• OneDrive files
  
• Xbox Live data and GamerTag
  

Privacy considerations:

• Deleting your account ensures that your personal data is removed from Microsoft servers.
  
• Be aware that this action is irreversible, and you won’t be able to recover any data associated with the account.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I am sorry that you are still prompted that you have to buy the game, even if you already migrated your Minecraft.

As part of our initial troubleshooting, kindly make sure that you are logged in using the same Microsoft account where you migrated the game. You may check it by going to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Once confirmed that you are using the correct account, please follow my recommendations below.

1. Delete the Minecraft launcher that exists on your computer.

2. Restart your computer.

3. Install legacy Minecraft launcher for Windows.

Once reinstalled, continue with these instructions.

1. Open Minecraft launcher.

2. If you are already logged in, click on your image and Gamer tag in the upper left corner of the screen and then on "Logout".

3. After logging out, delete all accounts registered in the launcher by clicking on the "X" next to each account.

4. In the Minecraft launcher, enter the Microsoft email and password.

If you bought Minecraft from Microsoft Store, you have to go to Microsoft Store>My Library then look for Minecraft and install.

Make sure you're signed into the Store app with the same Microsoft account that you used to buy the game.

If the above steps did not work, please clear the cache of the Microsoft store. Go to Settings> System> Apps & features> Click Store> Advanced options> Reset.

After the reset, log in with the Microsoft account that has Minecraft Java and reinstall Launcher. Check if you will now be able to play the game.

There you will have an option named account recovery form. Fill it out.
