I have maybe 50 attempts... in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Does MS have a better way to stop these unwanted attacks on our accounts? I have had so many since 3/1/25.     Does MS have a better way to stop these unwanted attacks on our accounts? I have had so many since 3/1/25. Do they not have a better system to stop these attacks? I have updated my PW but come on.

    Stop asking for extra security

    hi xAfroxWolf.

    I agree clicking back and signing in again usually works ... and it doesn't take long.

    The point is it's really annoying and unnecessary having to go through this double login attempt every time ... It's not at all user friendly.

    Surely MS could add an option. "I'm happy with my security settings. Don't ask me again."

    First of all, attempt to re-download your profile.

    If that doesn't work .

    Go to Account.live.com

    Your email will still work to sign in here,

    If you cant sign in:

    - select the option "can't access your account?"

    -Enter your Microsoft Email

    -Attempt to reset the Password

    Use the option ; "I can't use any of these options"

    Fill out information about the account.

    If that attempt is unsuccessful you can still have your password reset and MS account reactivated by contacting support and have them raise an escalation

    Microsoft still charging me!

    You can login to your account and turn off the renew option and remove the payment method that is being charged. To attempt to get a refund you are gong to have to contact Microsoft.

    Yes. Everytime i attempt to sign in on twitch on Xbox it gives me the “login on your desktop or phone” screen and doesnt give me a code then shortly after says “something went wrong”

    I have tried on the web and when I go buy a game on the web, it does not give me an option to use my $50 gift card. It says that there is no $50 gift card that I have even though when I check my balance it says that it’s in there.
