Report a player - deleted messages

Hi all!

I need to report multiple players for harassment and threats. Messages have been deleted but I took photos of the conversations.

Cant report deleted messages. Have tried telephone and live chat but no option to access either !

Can someone direct me?

You can still go to their profile and report them directly instead of reporting the messages themselves. The enforcement team can still see them even if they've been deleted.

No problem. Only really need to report once.

No need to keep the screenshots. They wont allow them as any sort of evidence as screenshots can be tampered with.

I recently reported a player who had sent me an offensive message, but I just noticed that they also deleted the message a little after I reported them. Will they still be punished or will they no longer be able to receive a punishment because they
had deleted their message?

What happens to a reported player should not be of your concern. Just making sure you report players that brake the ToS and impact you is your involvement. But deleting a message from live will not make it inaccessible for XBPET to do their job. They
have access to all of your communications deleted, recorded, as long as it was via live's network.
