Discus and support I do not have a personal account with Microsoft and I am being billed charges on my credit... in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Charges appear on my credit card and I don't know what they are for.     Charges appear on my credit card and I don't know what they are for. How do I find out and srop them? Please define what Microsoft charges for?

    It's likely your card is compromised, you should contact your credit card company and dispute the charges

    Getting my account back and paying for xbox live on banned account

    Billing should be able to look the account up with your billing information that's being charged (credit/debit card number, Paypal email) and at the very least remove the credit card from any account that it is attached for you. if you do not know this information
    then you would need to dispute the charges with your bank.
    Do you think I'll be able to get my account back?

    Why do I have to pay to unlock my account???

    Sorry it's not a billing issue. My account has been stolen, and Microsoft support has charged me to restore my accounts but that didn't happen. Now I can't access anything to do with the email address and my Live account has been stolen?? As of right now
    I can't even log on to my PC and support is once again trying to fix it. How was this my fault, and why am I being charges?
