    Im not getting emails from microsoft


    I've been trying to sign into my minecraft launcher after I upgraded my PC but every time I request them to send me a code I do not get the email. My phone number is not attached to my account because the services have been "temporarily down" for the past year or two. I am honestly so disappointed at microsoft because of how bad they **** up everything they touch. Why am I not allowed to sign in with my Mojang account? Because microsoft **** it up.

    yeah but its a microsoft email not gmail im not dumb lol i would know if it was from somethingdot@gmail that it wasn't microsoft

    Hi - Im keen to find out if this worked or not. I've looked at the advice from Mistress Sara and if Im not mistaken that suggests that you change the email details on the Microsoft account as opposed to just on the Gamertag. Im presuming its just the Gamertag
    email address you're looking to change?

    log in screen says my account dosent exist when it does bc i still get emails sent from the account to my gmail

    that didnt help either i look in my gmail for any emails from xbox and im getting it from the account im trying to get bacfk and the new account that i made with my gmail account

    The Xbox game pass has been expired but it still charges me and I don't have access to it.

    The subscription was not on my card, but on my paypal. For now, im not being charge because i have cancelled the link on my paypal account with my microsoft account, but im still receiving a lot of emails from microsoft about the payment.
