I can't put my phone number back on my account after accidentally removing it, cause...

Hi, I did it for my alias phone number and security phone number, but even information about 30 days waiting doesn't appeared. I see my phone number as my alias and security I have removed them and put again but nothing happened. I receive on my phone
message, but when I take contact information it says there is no phone number connected with this account

I accidentally cracked my brothers copy of Assassins Creed II last year, by taking it out of the case and putting back in again after each play. I replaced it for him, and it was definitely the case that caused it.

so awhile back I deleted the correct phone number on my 2fa instead of the phone number that needed to be deleted. the phone number that needed to be deleted has an extra digit so i can't even send the code to that number to get the code. so now when i try to log into my account i can't get the code to change my password. since i have 2fa the account recovery form won't work. is there any way for the correct phone number to be put back on the account.

When you first initially setup 2fa it would have given you several backup codes and told you to save them in a safe place.

When it asks for the code being sent to your phone number you can enter in one of those backup codes instead.

If you didnt save said backup codes then the account will be unrecoverable.

Update. I looked at everything. The credit card information is correct its just that where it says Payment and Billing it had some mistakes. My address is [Mod removed] But when I put it in I accidently put [Mod removed] without the street name. Another
mistake was the phone number, It had [Mod removed] which is my dads number. I updated information with the full street address and phone number. Can anybody help me out. I'm so confused

That's the problem here. The guy swapped hes email to my account and created a new blank account (this one) where he put my details... i don't know for real, but this is what ive come up to in my head... And this is why i can't get the account back with
the security questions or phone number... I can't get it why they just can not switch the details back to mine if i can tell them nearly everything of the account and when it was created or the credit card details that i have on the account. Damn this is frustrating...
