Elite Series 2 not powering on

    Elite Series 2 not powering on


    Can anyone help please. My elite series 2 had an update couple of weeks ago and was fine. The next day it wouldn't power on or charge, no vibration when on the dock or plugged in and no lights whatsoever. Tried the reset Google advises doesn't do anything

    Hello Crraigan, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    Please double check the steps at this link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne... for the steps listed in the controller won't power on section.

    If nothing there helps then you may want to set up a repair of the controller via this link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne.... Once you receive your shipping label via email you can pack up the controller.

    Please be sure to send only the controller and nothing else as Xbox does not guarantee that extras such as cables, thumbsticks or triggers will be returned.

    about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

    I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

    And My 'A' button is very bad..
