I think microsoft has blocked/blacklisted my wifi/ip address.

Over the last few days I've noticed that I haven't been able to connect to anything microsoft related while I'm connected to my home wifi. For example, if I try to connect to microsoft.com, I get DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. If I turn off the wifi on my phone and use data, it loads without an issue. Furthermore, my PC, and my stepson's laptop, won't connect to Microsoft through the minecraft launcher because it says "no internet connection", when my PC is hooked up via ethernet. And when I was streaming on my Xbox series S, it started randomlysigning me out of my account, and even when it did let me back in, while the Xbox was still connected to the wifi, I could open up all my streaming apps, but as soon as I click on something to play, it gives me an error code that all basically sum up to "there was an error trying to access this". The same app will load and play from my phone and my wife's ps4 while connected to the WiFi, just not from the xboxes.

Is there any way to resolve this? The two xboxes are just used as streaming devices, so there's nothing weird/odd/wrong that they've been used for.

I understand that you are experiencing issues with your network connection on the Xbox.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please power cycle your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.

And then clear your MAC address. Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear.

Once done, restart your Xbox and test the connection again.

Next is set a manual DNS, please go to settings> network> network settings> Advanced settings>DNS Settings> Manual.

PRIMARY DNS: 8.8.8.8

SECONDARY DNS: 8.8.4.4

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, connect your Xbox console to a different network connection and see if it works.

If your IP address has been blacklisted then it doesn't matter how many consoles you purchase.

You will be banned.

I think too! My provider told me I should try to communicate with someone from microsoft because they need to update their IP geolocation database so they can register the IP address to the correct country. I've tried to chat with someone in the support
chat but they told me they can not do anything with the IP's. So I don't really know. The provider also told me that if i switch off my router for a while it can happena, with a little bit of luck, that the router connects with a new IP address.

Every other device is working without any issues, even the xbox is connected to wifi, but it cannot connect to my profile.

Do you think it would change something with the IP address if i connect the cable instead of the wifi?

To fix the problem now i connected my xbox on a repeater witch takes the wifi ... the network is found directly and the IP and DNS is correct.

But it always blocks on step3 ! i think the problem is that my fritz.box 7360 blocks the console.

edit: I think i found it, i followed the instructions and my WiFi wouldn't connect to the internet afterwards.
