Discus and support Game not compatible?? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was on chapter 7 on a plague tale Requime on Xbox and now It says game not compatible??     That game is not backwards compatible. You can find a list of all games that are compatible at https://www.xbox.com/games/backward-compatibility

    There is no way to request a game to be compatible. The backwards compatibility program ended in 2021, so anything that is not compatible, won't be.

    I bought a 360 game only to find out I can't play it on my Xbox ONE. The at the store lied to me.

    Not all games are backwards compatible. If the game is not listed here it won't work. Backwards compatible games are being added all the time, but backwards
    compatibility is up to the publisher. So not all games will be made compatible.

    can you try a hard reset on the console, it is compatible so it should work
