    It started with my Xbox series X It would not let me play some games I had downloaded digitally I assumed the servers were down for maintenance so the next day I tried again with no luck then I attempted to connect with my Xbox one same issue then tried to erase my account and start again but now it won't let me log in still says I am Offline my NAT connection is unknown I tried going on the app xbox wont load on my phone. I tried going to the support side I have a loading screen that wont work. I cant contact anyone and its driving me nuts please anyone I need help

    Im having the EXACT same problem as you. I am connected to the services besides multiplayer i paied 25$ for gold and can't even connect. I get all the free games ans other benefits from gold but all my games refuse to play online. I contacted Xbox support
    various times and all they give me is a load of crap saying (clear your cache/Remove account & re due/Modem or Router needs to be reset/etc) Im *** and this is just *** already. Community help is the best help! I need some sort of solution ASAP

    Also I cant access the sale online while signed in. But my wife can without a account. When I sign in on her phone it refuses to load anything and gives errors.

    My xbox series s is not connecting to the network. It gives an error message of HUENEME-CONCORD

    The xbox will load games but will not connect to online servers. Can't connect to any multi player online servers.

    Tested With the other account and it does not work.
