Why are the capes "Home" and "Menace" not appearing as expected?

I recently learned that Minecraft released two new capes called "Home" and "Menace." Excited to get them, I redeemed the codes, but nothing seemed to happen. The only message I received was that the codes had expired.

At first, I thought I might have used the wrong account, but after double-checking, I confirmed that the orders were processed for the correct account. Since I know these capes are redeemed for Minecraft Bedrock Edition, I logged in to see if they were there, but I didn’t receive them. I checked the "Change Skin" section on my Minecraft profile page, but the capes were not showing up there either.

To fix the issue, I tried restarting my game launcher and signing out and back in, but that didn’t solve the problem. Even after doing these troubleshooting steps, I still don’t have the capes in my account.

Is there any way a Minecraft support representative could manually redeem these capes for me? I’d really appreciate any help in getting them added to my account.

This most likely isn't the main issue, but for reference, here are my PC specs:

GPU: RTX 4060

RAM: 32GB

CPU: Intel i5-13400F

SSD: Samsung 990 Pro 4TB

I'm sorry to hear that you did not get your capes in your account. Can you please check in here if your Home cape and Menace cape are showing as redeemed like in the image below? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If they are listed in there, please try following the steps below:

1. Restart your PC.

2. Logout your Microsoft account in the Minecraft Launcher then sign back in.

3. Open Bedrock Edition and go to your Dressing Room and proceed to Capes. Please check if your Home cape and Menace cape are now showing.
