I got suspended for 22 days for telling someone they're soft, how's that fair?

by saying that MS suspended you after 22 days confirms that they know exactly what they are doing forcing something upon you, waiting 22 days then suspending your account.

i'm sorry no one here has the ability to talk to enforcement review or undo any kind of enforcement action. The only way to communicate with them is through the appeal process. You get one appeal

Beaked's issue is that he put "xbox is g.ay" in his profile. Someone reported it and he got punished. He doesn't think an 8 day suspension is fair, even though this is not his first time being suspended for inappropriate profile content.

Of course I report!!! I can put screenshots showing people calling me “b***ch” telling me “v3rga” telling me to “lick their a**” telling me what they did to my mom last night… YET NOTHING HAS HAPPENED”. But this past weekend someone anger messaged me and I said “don’t be mad you got pooped on” and I got banned for 4 days!!!! How is this even remotely fair and consistent? I am almost 100% sure moderation team is beeeyyyyond biased and picks side according to how they feel. How is “pooped on” a ban worthy offense but none of the aforementioned?
