My account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email. Now, when I try to sign in, it says my account doesn’t exist. However, I have proof that I bought Minecraft and used this account. I got Minecraft about 1.5 weeks ago, and I have the receipt. This is the second time this has happened to me. Please help me recover my account before it’s permanently lost." also the hacker changed my email as when i tried to sign into minecraft after the stuff, under forgot password, it showed - m****@veridicalmail.com, WHICH IS NOT MY MICROSOFT USERNAME. ok contact or more help.

    Sorry to hear about your account being hacked. Please note that we are unable to assist with account-related matters in the forums, as we do not have access to user accounts. We are here to provide suggestions and support where possible.

    I’ll be completely honest and straightforward here. If you try to log in and get a message saying the account doesn’t exist, then unfortunately, your account is gone for good. Once an email address is removed from an account, there’s no way to recover it.

    I know this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, but since this has already happened twice, I’d strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when you create a new account. It’ll add an extra layer of security and help protect it better.
