    It can take at least 3 to 5 business days from the time your refund is approved, but can take longer depending on the bank.

    I was hacked the morning of the 21st and managed to get all my stuff resolved by monday the 23rd. POints refunded and all. They originally told me 2 weeks and I had never played the game before.

    When did you make the refund claims? It can take 3-5 Business days (working days ie Monday-Friday) for the money to be refunded to your payment method
