please log into xbox to join this server

hi there, I'm trying to join my aternos server on minecraft and it won't let me. it keeps telling me to log into xbox to join the server but I am logged in. I've restarted my xbox, restarted minecraft and signed out and back in but nothing is working. I tried a different account and it let's it on just fine and I've been playing on aternos without issues for a while now, but this suddenly popped up, please help!!

Would I know if you tried reinstalling the game, or connecting your PS4 to a different Wi-Fi network temporarily, like a mobile hotspot?

Try disabling any existing firewall program or changing its configuration options. Restart your modem/router. You may also want to try logging out of your account and then logging back in, as this refreshes your profile's authentication and connection with our servers. Restart your device.

Otherwise, I recommend you wait a couple of hours before trying to play again, or until tomorrow.

Additionally, you can report the problem to Minecraft support, in case this is an ongoing issue.
