    my Xbox account live has been suspended


    I recently discovered that my account has been suspended, and I want to clarify that I have never engaged in any form of cheating or any activities that would violate the platform's rules. When I first noticed the issue, I assumed it was a connection problem, but I later realized that my account had actually been suspended.

    I kindly request a review of this decision, as I believe this may be a misunderstanding. I value my time and experience on pc xbox and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter. Please let me know if any further information is needed. my user is hfadl4559

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    My guess would be you were banned/suspended for playing in a modded lobby which is against the ToU/CoC.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site where you can file for a case review if eligible
