I'm sorry you're having this issue, as I understand your concerns about the privacy of your account and how annoying not being able to access it can be. When the hacker manages to change the password, and the account alias, it is because he also has access to security information, as well as, cell phone, alternative email that you yourself registered in your account.

Unfortunately, when the hacker manages to change the account's security information, the account is hardly recoverable. That's why it's very important to keep your security info up to date and use different passwords across all platforms.

This Is Microsoft bro, i had a similar problem, They said me to buy another Copy of the game cause i have no way ti recover my account.

I think Microsoft Is the only Company that dont allow you to recover account from hacking or something like this.

I am sorry you got your account hacked, however the only way to recover your account is by filling the recovery form. If the information does not match the one in the system, your account may not be recovered.

The best Support you can get, is the one you already had. As they could assist you with the recovery form, and they offered to assist with suspending the account. Of which, we do not have any access to from this Forum.
