I can't send a text to my friends

it keeps saying the text did not send and it keeps saying try sending it again but I did and it keeps saying try again I turn my game off delete my account from the game and try adding it back and I try to send it again and it say that the text did not send try sending it a again and I don't know what else to do

Which game are you trying to send texts with?

You can also try it with a different WiFi network or mobile hotspot.

I can't text my friends because it keep saying u can't send any messages because of your last behavior

You can't. You can send them a text message before or after the friend request though.
