    i make a custom team and madden and when i try to download it, it won’t work.


    anytime i make a team i want to play as in a franchise, i make a team that i wanna use so i made two teams called great whites and miami angels but when i install them it says error. how do i install it?

    Download the Xbox app then go to profile. Then you should be able to make custom gamerpics.

    Because madden deleted my profile, and made me make a new one so therefore my points are not available not because my ultimate team profile because Madden by I don’t know how they made me make a new ultimate team profile.

    Nothing it says disc unreadable, and I followed some steps I seen on YouTube tried it and it said game error try reinstalling game I’ve deleted and downloaded it three times and it will not work twice it worked but when came off line it won’t load up and now it won’t load full stop

    Hello TheBlackHole78.

    I have some different steps that may be able to help you.

    Madden 12 game freeze fix. If the madden is freezing at the start of the game when online

    1. Clear system cache

    2. Delete profile only

    3. Delete madden online pass, madden game saves and any corrupted game data

    4. Delete last system update

    5. Reboot Xbox

    6. Install the xbox update

    7. Download profile

    8. Download madden online pass

    9. Restart the game.

    Try those steps, and if you're still having issues, please contact Customer Support in your region for further assistance.
