    Unable to access Directly Dashboard


    Hello,

    I am unable to access my Directly Dashboard.

    Getting an error "This page isn't working right now.

    app.directly.com redirected you too many times"

    I already tried deleting cookies, using a different browser, restarting router to no avail.

    Can you help?

    have the account with gamepass set to home xbox. if you are still unable to access gamepass you should be able to download directly from the store.

    I have the same issue, cant access home menu/return to dashboard after entering a game, unable to access console settings etc.

    screen just dims when using the home button.
