    Where is my appeal ban?


    Clean record for 2 years, falsely reported and suspended with 0 appeal ban? All I said was "ur garbage did you buy ur account" and I assume it hit some account selling/buying filter when that's clearly not what I was asking. I was clearly implying the guy was at an inflated rank in an online multiplayer game. Support says the appeal will be available after 24 hours but I don't think that's the case. I just get banned for 2 days with 0 agency and this guy is allowed to keep harassing me and lightly censoring slurs to avoid filters? What happened to the enforcement? Why do I have 0 agency in this?

    it's calling him names that is the likely issue. Bans that are 48 hours or less are not able to be appealed because the time it would take to review them is basically the length of the ban

    There's no way to appeal a console ban. If it's only for 1 month, all you can do is wait it out.

    That's where you'll see the type of ban, the duration and if you can appeal it. Support cannot assist with issues of bans or suspension.

    I'm afraid there is no way else to see the ban or appeal it without the enforcement page. Hopefully the issue is resolve soon.

    Unfortunately, 48 hours communication suspensions cannot be appealed nor reversed.

    There was an issue with the enforcement page where it wasn't showing permanent bans in place of most bans received and wasn't showing active bans for an appeal either. I heard it had been resolved but sadly not for everyone yet. Unfortunately without the site showing the ban, there's no way to know for sure nor appeal it as at yet. Apologies for the inconvenience
