  1. Wired headset outputs microphone audio instead of xbox audio

I have an wired headset that has the right speaker not working but the left speaker working perfectly. It works properly in all devices except my xbox one, where it only outputs my microphone and none of xbox audio.

I have tried messing with various audio/controllers settings yet no solution.

    Headset audio through TV

This is the response "No option for Audio to be played on the speakers with the chat headset connected whilst leaving the chat microphone in use. No way to route the output audio to an external speaker system."

And that it may be included in the future.

    Headset problem

Hello there Kai, if you have a tv + speakers and want to use a headset instead you simply need to go to settings > volume & audio output > hdmi audio > headset format. If that does not sork you can go into additional options and check the ‘’mute speaker audio when headset attached’’ and party output to headset instead of speakers.

Hope you have an amazing rest of your day!

    Best regards

    Defty
