Bro my Xbox 360 is throwing me the same code that you have, I did everything you did an now I can’t even access my Xbox live account, it won’t let me sign in

p.s: if you think thats funny, in my counrty we can’t even sign in to an xbox live account without using a vpn service or smart dns . I guess world is not akways fair.

Thank you, I restarted my router and it made no difference. I still can’t add my account back or log into another account ok the Xbox, it just comes up with a blank screen and freezes. I also switched to another network and that also made no difference. I can still use the Xbox without signing in, for example I can use Netflix fine - I just can’t access any games because I can’t sign into any accounts. Do you have any other solutions?

I’m able to sign into Xbox Enforcement on any other Xbox account except my main account that’s permanently suspended. I can’t sign into my main account on Xbox because it says I’m permanently suspended and I can’t even find out why.
