I understand that you are experiencing issue with the performance of your Xbox one console.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please power cycle the console by turning off your Xbox One completely.

Unplug it from the power source for about 30 seconds.

Plug it back in and try turning it on using the power button.

And then check the power supply. Make sure that the power supply is properly connected and functioning.

Next is to inspect the power button because it might be faulty. Kindly clean it gently with a soft cloth to remove any dust or debris.

Then test with a different controller. If your wireless controller isn't connecting, try syncing it again by pressing and holding the sync button on the console until the Xbox logo starts flashing.

Press and hold the sync button on the controller until it connects.

If it still doesn't work, test with another wireless controller to identify if this is a controller issues.

Kindly check USB ports as well. Since the console turns on with a USB-connected controller, the USB ports seem to be working. However, make sure that they're not damaged or loose.
