How to Fix Xbox Series X Controller Disconnecting Randomly

Hello everyone,

I've been having an issue with my Xbox Series X controller disconnecting randomly during gameplay. It's quite frustrating and I was hoping some of you might have a solution or workaround.

Here's what I've tried so far:

1. Ensuring the controller firmware is up to date.

2. Changing the batteries to ensure they're not the issue.

3. Re-syncing the controller multiple times.

4. Checking for any interference from other wireless devices.

Despite these efforts, the problem persists. Does anyone have additional suggestions or solutions that might help resolve this issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

If the issue continues with a different controller, it could be related to Bluetooth interference. Try disconnecting any other devices plugged into the console, such as a third-party headset or an external hard drive, to see if that helps.

I understand that you have tried re-synchronization, but please try it with these steps:

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

5. Pair your controller and console again.

For some reason my Xbox keeps disconnecting from xbox live an controller keeps losing sync don't know what to do please help it does it randomly how to fix ?

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.
