account, just sign in to that account, log out of it and try to sign in to your own account.

I actually discovered a way to login. I switched for mobile data to open the app and logged in my account successfully. After the login, I turned the wi-fi back on, and I could play in the servers normally.

It's a bug related to the wi-fi connection inside the game, but just to login. Because I can play in the servers using my wi-fi, but not to login.

I get the same results on this computer if I log on into a different Microsoft account.
I do not have a VPN on my computer and it is practically brand new.

I do not have network software just a WI-FI extender on the top of my computer in which I cannot take off as it just won't reach the WI-FI anymore then.
I restarted my router and it did not fix the issue.

you be sure you have the same account log in in the pc and in the xbox and both over the same wi fi
