How would I go about deleting a 4 year old account that I don’t have the details for

It just says when I try to sign I "your connection to Xbox live has been lost please sign in again" I have not tried on a computer because as I said this account is about 4-5 years old and I can't remember the details, I'm just making sure not to delete
it.

Another thing to think about is the age, every few years they go and delete old account to free up gamertag names. I know it has to be a really old account to get deleted but the age was not stated in the original post.

I don’t think I can afford the cost of a repair, it’s 4 years old and after the factory format it hasn’t made a difference, it’s playable but becoming slow, is it dying now? Would a replacement be better after 4 years?

Imagine if your account got hack they could just go and delete all of your achievements if I was you I would just make a new account.

The age of the account is my age. 19 years old. Everywhere I have checked, my date of birth is always there and I'm 20 this year. I'm not sure how to go about creating a new account and if it would cost me or anything, I just would like to get my account
to what it should be: an adult account. I have no clue how to solve the second problem I have either, and have been speaking to @XboxSupport and still waiting for them to get back to me, again.
