I cannot reset from verify email to starting please tell me the way

give Microsoft a call if youre positive youre using the correct email.

I cannot find the correct way to contact support on this matter someone tell me the steps right quick please.

Email Xbox about it. They will tell you to verify you own the account and they will let you reset the password.

So in short, because I've never used the email account to send an email, just for playing xbox, I now cannot play xbox at all? So I've lost thousands of hours and all my money, which is still being taken from my bank account? Please tell me there is another way other than a form that is checked by a robot. I'm heartbroken about this.

Even in this link, the verification is via a message to a phone. So without the phone number the request cannot be verified and thus the phone number cannot be changed. It is a eternal loop that goes nowhere!

There seems to be an option to have the whole account reset but MS state that takes 30 days and the way I read the terms the account is stopped for this period, hence no emails.
