I need help with one of my xbox play anywhere title ( resident evil 7) keep crashing on pc.

Hi xbox ommunity, I hope you guys and girls are doing well so I recntly build my first gaming pc and I wanted to try resident evil 7 on my pc, so here is the issue, when I launch the game it works for couple of seconds and then it says connecting to the internet and it crashes ,I have tried updating drivers, windows 11 and reinstalling the game still no solution. All the other games I have downl;oaded like shadow of the tomb raider which is also an xbox playanywhere title works perfectly fine but this particular game resident evil 7 crashes.I Thank you for your assistance to this matter in advance.

think I fugures out what's going on seems there are two version of resident evil 7 on the windows store, the one we have or rather had is the one that says resident evil 7 then has Japanese characters underneath the title , when I see that one in the store
I see install but it's greyed out. And the one that we keep seeing when we search the store is the version that says resident evil 7 biohazard and has capcom underneath the title. That's the one that keeps saying to buy instead of install and it's what's linked
in the xbox and windows store. So somebody at capcom or Microsoft totally screwed this up, probably best option get a refund and buy again on the bed store links. If you wanna see what I mean go to the store app on pc then my library the next scroll down
to what's can't be installed on this pc you'll see the Xbox console version there click that then click the pc version of the game and you'll see the greyed out install option .

I didn't know since it is a bundle. When I viewed the Resident Evil 7 by itself, it did say that it is Play Anywhere. So that's why I wasn't sure.

Resident Evil 7 I never played because is First Person and First Person in Resident Evil don't is great
