I need a refund on my Xbox game pass subscription

Hello Marcin, if you bought the regular Game Pass right after you bought the Ultmate Game Pass, the system automatically turned your regular Game Pass into Ultimate, so now they're one.

In the case to request a refund would be the Ultimate Game Pass, and if approved you will be without your Ultimate.

You will need to log into your account that purchased the game or subscription and fill out this form below for refund, you will also need the order code for each item you want the refund.

There is just follow all the requirements requested in the completion, and then wait for an email with the response of the request.

This could take up to 72 hours.

hello, my subscription Xbox Game pass Ultimate was canceled and my funds were refunded . but i didn't cancel my subscription. it was supposed to last until November 2024. how do i get my subscription back?

According to the official Xbox website, you may be eligible to cancel your recurring subscription and request a refund, but not all subscription purchases are eligible for a refund. If you qualify for a refund, you will see the option to cancel immediately and request a refund when reviewing your subscription status.

Note: Refund requests that are outside of the cancellation processes above are not eligible for a refund.
