Can't cancel subscription

Hi. I legit just cant cancle my minecraft realm subscription. Ive looked it up even and that didnt even help. When i try to cancel it through my subscriptions and through manage, it just refreshes the page acting like i never tried to cancel it. It already trying to take the money from me even though Ive desperately tried to cancel it, I would just love my money back and stop paying for it due to needing the money for more important things like bills and groceries.

edit: it finally just told me im too late to cancel it but I just want a refund and my money back, it wouldnt let me do this before and it generally is upsetting

Buying new ultimate and converting normal to ultimate costs the same. so if i cancel the ultimate it should atleast refund one of the subscription instead of keeping the money of both console and pc gamepass.

You will need to try a procedure to try to remember the email address of your account since to cancel from the Xbox side it is necessary to have access to the account and it's necessary to know the account email:

2. Enter an alternative email that you have associated with your account or a number linked to it.

NOTE: If you do not have an alternative email or a number linked to the account then unfortunately they will not be able to remind you of the main email of the account even if you know your Xbox Gamertag since the Xbox Support team cannot give that type of information due to privacy and account security policies, I hope you understand this.

If you still cannot regain access to your account, you will need to contact your bank directly and request them to stop accepting any further charges from Microsoft. This way, the automatic renewal of your subscription will be canceled when the system detects it cannot process the charge, and they will stop billing your card.

When you added the Game Pass Ultimate, your regular Game Pass subscriptions would have been converted to Ultimate as well since Ultimate includes both. So by cancelling Ultimate, you cancelled all of them. You don't get a refund for those since they were converted to Ultimate.

Sorry to hear it. However, I'm afraid that unless you're prompted to request a refund then none would be available to you. Especially if you used codes to buy the passes instead of a payment method.
