i need help changing my microsoft account for my xbox live account because i cant access my yahoo for it right now so im trying to change it but when i got everything right and pressed yes i agree to change email it says sorry cant switch for some reason
and it says visit xbox.com/swap and i cant find it on here.can someone help me.

Thanks for replying. I cant use the sign in option because every time I press it it takes me to the new account bit saying 'who are you' .

i cant get it either. ive tryed every step the support gives me. my live was working fine the other day and then i got halo wars, put it in and it says i cant connect to xbox live. i hate it and then i cant refresh my account because i cant connect.

i can connect to the internet and my mtu is fine and so is my nat.

please help......??
