Please try checking your network connection to the PC, it could be the one causing the issue of your App not being able to sync your data from the cloud.

Games are saved to the cloud if you are connected to the internet.

If the cloud save wasn't synced, you can't get your save data back.

Depending on the way you've deleted your game, you also deleted save data..

You can see if the data is still there when you go to my games and apps and check if the save data is still there.

If your Xbox is always connected on internet , go ahead , no issue with your saves datas , all will be on cloud and restored as soon as you will play the game.

Now if not Always connect, just connect the console on internet and launch the game to sync all correct saves datas.
