    Xbox Account has been replaced by a new, random one. How do I get my account back?


    My Xbox account would not sign in, I was getting error codes. Restarting the console didn't work, neither did clearing network cashe. I then tried to remove this Xbox account to then re-add it. When I re added it and signed back in, it created a completely new profile even though it's with the sAme email address as before. How do I get my account back?

    How do I delete my Xbox account, separately from my Microsoft account?

    I want to switch the email from my older more used account, to my newer email, but I cannot seem to do so, since a Xbox account has automatically been created. How can I delete the Xbox account from my new email, so I can use my new email to replace my old Xbox account? (This whole thing started with me not being able to sign into my EA account, cause my Xbox account was signed into an older email.)
    You cant. The Microsoft account IS the Xbox account. They are all one in the same.

    I got an email saying that “ the security data has been changed/replaced(im hungarian i dont know which term to use here)”. And i was hoping that i would get my stuff back. And how is this different from creating a new account. I mean nothing is the same on the “new ” email(account) that i had to give to transfer the data to that.

    think it has something to do with back up and account management, someone has to go through it all and replace your old GT with the new one
