Discus and support PC Xbox app visible only on one Win10 profile in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I have installed the PC Xbox app on my main Win10 profile but it is not visible on the other ones.     I have installed the PC Xbox app on my main Win10 profile but it is not visible on the other ones. How can I make it avaiable/visible on the other profiles?

    I seem to have two different gamertags on the same account, and I'd like to change one. Is this supposed to happen?

    There is no option to share a subscription on PC, it's only available on Xbox.

    On your Xbox App, were you able to check the subscription if the Xbox Game Pass for PC is visible from there?

    if you mean direct streaming from xbox--> PC you have to connect your PC through the Win10 xbox app under "connect to your xbox one"

    Achievement showing 100% but not unlocking

    One achievement at 100% for muliple days now... not unlocking. Only in Xbox app on Android is says unlocked without a timestamp. All other places (xbox.com, xbox app on Win10 and Xbox One app it is locked at 100%. This is unacceptable!

    A Profile on Windows is the same as a Profile on Xbox LIVE. If you were to Sign-in on a Win8 or Win10 PC right now it will be your XBL Profile. Same goes the other way, if someone who started a Profile on Windows was to Sign-in
    on an Xbox it would be their Profile.

    In short, they aren't just "linked", it is one and the same.
