where do u get some support for an xbox that isnt connecting to internet please ?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues logging in to your Xbox one. I understand that the process is just looping.

Since your console is newly purchased, have you tried to perform a factory reset on your console? Please follow these steps:

1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press and hold the Pair button (located on the left side of the console) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

Note: The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition does not have an EJECT button. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the BIND button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button .

5. Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.

6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.

When the console powers up, you will see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Please click on "Reset this Xbox" then "Reset and remove everything".

Note: This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, home Xbox associations, and all installed content will be deleted.

u dont know what i talk about right? its ok ill try to explain. is it ur parents internet connection? u maybe think the wireless station u use is ur router but its not. in ur wall should be a box where ur telephone is connected and from there goes a connection
to a modem. im not gonna explain u all that in detail. i dont wanna be mean but please, ask ur parents if its not ur internet connection. if it is urs, call the support of ur internet provider. man if u dont have any idea of that, dont touch it. u could ruin
it and then u have no connection at all. a internet provider send u people who do that for u. tell them what u want and they will do that. if u want a faster wirless, then call them, if u wanna use wire connection, get someone who can help u. sorry

Okay. Can u place a link? if u look under support it isnt exactly easy to figure out where to go.

u know when they tell u its 12 MBPS u never get exactly 12 right?

no matter what u do. a wire connection is always better then a wireless. if u connect the xbox directly to the router u should get a good connection. if ur internet is slow already u should get a other internet provider.

connect ur xbox with a cable to a router that works best. thats what i try to tell u.

u can get good wireless internet but the xbox wireless device also got a limit and it will never be fast like when u connect the xbox directly with a wire to ur router.

i hope u know what the difference between a router and modem is and between wireless and wire.

and yes with 50 MBPS ur internet would be faster.

if u wanna stick with wireless cause thats what u talk about, then get the 50 MBPS.

i prefer a way faster connections then wireless but thats up to u

shhh...it is cause u cant connect satellite to satellite no for real, i think u need to call support, i have no idea if Xbox Live support satellite internet. but i think they do cause there are islands that just use that kind of connections and they got
xbox live. i think u call them, tell them the error code and u problem is fixed soon
