Design Lab Xbox Controller Right Joystick Sticking - fewer than 10 hours of use

I ordered a custom Xbox controller from the design lab, haven't had an opportunity to play much since then and have barely used it (fewer than 10 hours with this controller). I connected it to play on the PC last night noticed almost immediately that the right joystick is getting stuck consistently. This is not the typical stick drift that can be fixed with software calibration/deadzone/etc. - the joystick is physically getting stuck when moved in any direction from up and slightly to the right all the way to down and slightly to the left. I have tried cleaning with small amounts of alcohol and electronics contact cleaner and cotton-buds - no joy. It stays stuck until I physically move it back to center. Fairly certain it'll be out of warranty - it was ordered on Jun 28th 2024. What are my options?

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

I understand that you purchased your controller in June of last year. Depending on the controller model you chose, you may still have a warranty.

Please check if you still have it through this website:

If you no longer have it and you own a regular (non-Elite) controller, you would need to take it to a third-party technician in your area. Unfortunately, this forum is not allowed to provide guidance on hardware repair.
