My console has been banned for no reason and wont show in my enforcement

The enforcement site will only show account bans. Since console bans are not tied to an account, they won't show there. You can find more information about console bans at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/xbox-live-device-bans but there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them.

i have checked all of these options and nothing is showing on my ends but on the phone to the support team they told me my console has been suspended and i would like an enforcement officer to look at my case and tell me the reason for banning my console.

Sorry but unfortunately no one on the forums can assist with enforcement actions, and you cannot request a case review for a console ban. I would suggest going to the
Enforcement Site for more information.

Ive just bought myself an xbox again and want to use my old account. After finally figuring out the account info ive been greeted with a ban on the account.
i have no enforcement history and cannot go through support because its not offered to banned accounts.

How long ago was it since you last logged into this account?

If the ban was given before the enforcement team website was created (they used to use a special forum instead of the enforcement team website) then it wouldnt show the ban on the enforcement team site. Bans that were given prior to the creation of that site wont show up.

Also bans that were given more than 12 months ago are also not eligible for an appeal.

Either of those above things can be a reason why it wont show up.
