    Hello,

    I fell for a scam. They tricked me into buying a $100 xbox gift card.

    The shop said they couldn't make a refund and I had to contact the company that issued the card.

    The card is intact, all the stamps have not been erased. Can you please tell me how I can get this card back?

    I haven't encountered any company that doesn't refund gift cards and Microsoft itself refunds Microsoft Store gift cards, it's only Xbox gift cards that seem to be non-refundable for reasons no one can explain to me. Guess I'm just screwed :(

    Walmart would be the only ones who could possibly refund it, since that's where you purchased them, but it's pretty common that gift cards (not just Xbox gift cards) are non-refundable.

    Please refrain from creating multiple threads regarding the same issue. But are you asking about refunding the gift card or the content bought with the gift card?

    If a gift card is redeemed, it can't be refunded. It would be up to the retailer you purchase it from as to if it can be refunded otherwise.

    I am unsure if a Xbox Gift is refundable. I know a Microsoft Gift card is refundable if brought from Microsoft and in't use within 14 days. Do your son have a Xbox One? If so, he can use use the gift card for Gold/Gampass subscriptions and other Xbox
    One games.
