trying to redeem codes i got off a monster how do i fix it

i'm sorry we cannot support unauthorized third-party retailers and purchasing codes from them can lead to account and hardware bans

How about with 700 Minecoins that I never got after redeeming the code? I was told nothing i can do, is there a fix?
