Virtual agent not connecting.

Email that pops up is not mine. My account has been stolen. Still wondering why cant i contact support.

I use pin login and use my account that owns the account.

About your issue, support agents usually can’t do much when it comes to your account. They can’t reset or recover passwords, that’s something you’ll need to handle.

When you try to log in, give it a shot using InPrivate or Incognito mode. What happens when you try? Does it say wrong password, or that the account doesn’t exist?

The thing is that your Microsoft account is technically your Minecraft account. That's the problem. On that screenshot, when you try to login, if you click next, what error comes up?

Account is still existing the email has been changed for it. Example i try to login to my Minecraft account that has saved through the automatic login thing. First i try to press my account then use my email for it this email comes up.

I have many emails from that account as proof.
