    Can't get multiplayer working on child account. (Minecraft)


    I’m a software engineer…I’ve been trying to give my child permission to play Minecraft online for hours now. I’ve enabled all permissions in family settings to no avail. I challenge somebody at Microsoft to complete this. Anybody! This is ridiculous.

    yeah its the correct accounts.. its a bit hard to not give specifics on account names with using a forum based feedback system. Is there a way to get in touch with a rep where we can actually go over the details of the account?

    yeah my main account can login to everything fine.. and still relaunched the new account with all settings that i've set to "allow".. which i've just set everything to allow no matter what is at this point. and its definately the right account.. on a java client.. and its still not able to click on multiplayer servers.

    I apologize but for minors, it requires adult assistance and it's odd that it is still showing as disabled. Kindly block the specific settings and then submit, after that "allow" them again and then submit. Quit and re-launch the game after that.
