cant fill out account recovery form

If you cant remember the email or unable to recover the account then I'd suggest you visit https://support.microsoft.com/accou...ery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42 and go to the 2nd option which is Fill out the form using a recognized device and location.

Afterward click on Account recovery form and fill out all the asked details there. Hope you will get a solution from there.

If you know the new email address, fill out the recovery form with that email address, unfortunately the services associated with your account do not help in the recovery, only the information in the form can help in the recovery.

Please instead use that email address as the account you're trying to get back into in filling out the account recovery form.

Try to reset the account password through https://account.live.com/pw
***Make sure to sign out any account signed in to https://account.microsoft.com website before starting an account recovery.
