Anyone else having problems with xbox network can't connect to the services

I understand that you are experiencing issues with your Xbox network not connetcting to the services.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please restart your console and network devices. To do this, turn off your Xbox console.

Unplug your modem and router for about 30 seconds, then plug them back in.

Once your network is back online, turn your Xbox back on and try connecting again.

And then run a network test. On your Xbox, go to Settings > General > Network Settings > Test Network Connection.

This will help identify if there are any specific issues with your connection.

Next is to clear alternate MAC address by going to Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear.

Restart your console after clearing it.

Then update your console. Go to Settings > System > Updates.

If the issue persist after performing the steps, kindly connect to your network via wired connection using an Ethernet cable.

I have the xbone smartlgass app installed. my xbone is connected with an ethernet cable and my phone keeps saying there are no xboxs on my network. but if I unplug the xbox from the network and then connect to it wirelessly and try again, it works immediatly
but if I plug my xbox back into the cable the app can't find the xbox again. I've tried entering the IP address and I jsut get the error message "We can't connect to your console right now." (0x80010001). Did anyone else have this problem or any solutions?

I am having the same problem. Tried everything. Network and internet connections are fine. Xbox claims all systems are go. I have played on Xbox Live everyday, up to 11:00 last night...today nothing. Never had this problem. Can't re-download profile
as Synthax Error87 recommends, because you need to be connected to Xbox Live to do that. Anyone else have ideas???

I can't get mine to play… servers don't load. push play and it just stays on the connecting to matchmaking screen. Anyone else having this problem? i ran a connection test and it says I'm connected to xbox live no problems.

My Xbox is hard wired. So range is not a problem. @scott272 I mentio this in my original post. None of the troubleshooting steps on their site help. I have already done them...multiple times, plus a few extra things. This is not a problem that only I am
having a problem with. A lot of other users are having the same problem. Nothing is my house has changed. Nothing else in my house on the network is having problems. Nothing else on the Xbox has issues, except this. So the problem lies with the service, not
the in home networks. FIX THIS!!! I'm paying for a service I can't use!!!
