i was trying to redeem a Roblox giftcard on an account and it made me pick games I played and I picked but got one wrong and it locked me out of the account I only have an email linked to it but I don’t remember the email they keep saying that I have to check the email linked to the account but I don’t have that email I have proof of me playing on the account and I have proof of the password but they only keep saying they sent me a email to the email linked to the Roblox account I need help

If you do not have any other way to recover aside from the email linked to your Roblox account, you may have to contact Roblox support so they can guide you with recovering the account. Thanks for the reply. But I never made a purchase in Roblox. Roblox want me to make a screenshot from my history purchase. I tried to explain to Roblox that on the Xbox there is no purchase history for free games. But still they want me to give it and I have to contact Xbox about it. I’m really stuck how to get my account back.
